detailed pricing summary for your reference.
Inspection Results
The upper spindle journal diameters has two bearing areas that show wear.
We recommend plating and grinding both areas. The seal area is worn on the
collet shaft. We recommend dust grinding the taper.
The bearing housing inner diameter meets design specifications and shows no
appreciable wear. No modification is required.
The taper runout is acceptable. Our proposal provides no repair to the
spindle taper.
The bearings show some wear on the inner and outer diameters.
