Ekstrom Carlson manufactured this custom carbide coolant through 2 flute drill / 4 flute mill tool for a high production customer machining 304SS. Increased tool life from 1200 pieces to 1700 pieces and currently utilizing a straight flute tool that is over 2000 pieces. All at a lower price of tool to end user.
