Inspection Results:

• Two of the spindle journal diameters are worn. We recommend plating and grinding these areas.
• One of the seal areas on the journal is rough. We recommend dust grinding this area.
• Two of the bearing housing inner diameters are larger than design specifications and shows some wear. We recommend boring and bushing both housings.
• The taper runout is larger than design specifications. We recommend dust grinding the taper.
• The bearings show some wear on the inner and outer diameters.
• The gears are in good shape and show little wear.
• The unit will be assembled and tested.
